Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can track your package. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time:

We offer standard shipping on all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch. Occasionally, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or carrier-related issues, which are beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates for our products are slightly higher than standard shipping rates due to the delicate and sometimes heavier nature of our lighting items. These products require extra care and handling to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. The shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process and displayed before you complete your order. We strive to provide competitive shipping rates while maintaining the quality and safety of our products.

Drop Shipping:

Our items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, ensuring you receive the most up-to-date and well-packaged products. This process also helps to reduce shipping times and provides a more efficient delivery experience.

At Tazz Lighting, we take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive at their destination in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item or your package is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at sales@tazzlighting.com or miguel@tazzlighting.com within 2-3 days of receiving your order (or the estimated delivery date for lost items). We will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Cancellations and Changes:

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team at sales@tazzlighting.com or miguel@tazzlighting.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes once your order has been processed.
