Welcome to Catch, a rooftop dining destination opening in West Hollywood tomorrow. Sporting high sight lines and lots of greenery, the massive newcomer plans to shake things up in the City of Angels.
One of the first things you’ll notice about Catch, the famed New York seafood restaurant with locations in Dubai and Playa del Carmen, is the scope of the place. The massive eatery has been scaled up to 12,000 feet, meaning there’s room for 340 seats, a retractable roof, and all sorts of nooks and crannies to hide with a date.
And, truly, that should be the plan here. The EMM (Eugene Remm, Mark Birnbaum) Group behind Catch is hoping to make this latest iteration the place you go for a small plates dinner hangout, or with a few friends looking to catch up over drinks. The lush indoor-outdoor vibe means it’s always a party no matter your group size, with intimate candlelit seating merging seamlessly with communal tables, bar seating, and stuffed banquettes.
